Who is Sarah from The Dance Den?
Sarah Gittins is a best selling author, award-winning dance business coach, certified dance business mentor and mum. She launched The Dance Den to help other performance arts businesses find balance whilst growing a successful school. Since 1999, she ran her 350+, multi venue school. Once stressed and struggling to cope, she turned it around and had the school running without her! Sarah sold her school summer '23. The Dance Den is a studio owners business guide, from courses to planners, memberships, masterminds, and retreats. Sarah’s speciality is studios, and she is a straight-talking mentor from someone who really has the t-shirt in many colours.

Samantha Cantrell Accountant
In For a Penny was founded by Samantha Cantrell in 2015. Samantha spent 8 years working as an Accountant in an accountancy practice in Colchester and has gained vast knowledge in all areas of accounts, taxation and bookkeeping.
She then decided to leave to pursue her dream of owning her own dance school (a strange combination we know!!). Together with her now successful dance company, Samantha also started In For A Penny which is now expanding after being established for over two years.
